Advisory Board Member
Julia Mazzola is a Fixed Income Analyst with Piper Sandler Financial Strategies (PSFS). Mazzola joined Piper Sandler in March 2021 and is responsible for providing holistic strategies and analysis for financial institution investment portfolios. Prior to Piper Sandler, she was an Assurance Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she performed loans testing for bank and capital market clients. Mazzola also has experience in the endowment space, through an internship in private equity and public equity with The University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Company. She completed and passed all four sections of the CPA exam in May 2020 and is working towards her license. Mazzola is the founder of the Jupiter Foundation, a tuition fund set up in 2013 through Trinity Yard School Ltd that supports the higher education of a student in Ghana, Africa. She has collectively raised over $12,000 for the fund through in-person and virtual events. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with her Masters in Professional Accounting and B.S. in Business Administration.
Mazzola serves on the Advisory Board, as a part of the Fundraising & Promotions Committee. She is looking forward to using her fundraising and non-profit experience to benefit her local community.
