
Dujon Smith
Advisory Board Member, Mentor
Dujon Smith is a Global Program Manager with the Black Founders Development Program at Accenture Ventures in Chicago, IL. In this role, he forms bridges between Global 2000 companies and the startup ecosystem. He has worked within Accenture’s Innovation Architecture for the past few years. Previously, he was a Principal for the Midwest North American Region. Prior to that position, Dujon was with the Operations Studio where he focused as a growth catalyst for Operations clientele, the $6 billion business unit that provides business process services across more than 40 industries. Additionally, he is the Director of Development for Definition Theatre, the Treasurer of the Scenemaker’s Board of the Goodman Theater, and an active mentor in Chicago’s startup community. Smith is a U.S. patent owner for a luxury luggage model as well as a classically trained baritone singer. Smith received his Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University.
Smith serves on the Advisory Board and as a mentor for IMPACT. He has traveled, worked, and studied in 50 countries and is passionate about connecting technology, culture, and education within communities. He is interested in devoting his time and energy into anything that provides access and exposure to education and resources that are vital to the success of individuals in underserved communities. He would not be the man that he is today without mentorship, support, and the care of individuals that wanted to see him survive and thrive.
